CRIME REPORTS: Cable Guy Accused of Stealing 9-Year-Old's Panties

Here are various crimes pulled from the San Clemente Police Services dispatch log over the past few days.

At 12:42 p.m. Friday, a caller reported a suspicious person on the 600 block of Camino De Los Mares. There was person riding a skateboard and possibly drinking alcohol in the CVS Pharmacy parking lot.

At 9:06 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a firework violation near the 100 block of Del Cabo. There was a group of people setting off fireworks on a hillside near the callers residence. Police made no reports of an arrest. 

At 8:55 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported she heard two gun shots from 600 block of El Camino Real. The gun shots were believed to come from the area of Algodon and T Street. Police were given no suspect information.

At 7:40 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a group of suspicious people from the 600 block of Avenida Victoria. There was a group of six to seven minors pan handling and trying to get adults to buy them alcohol. 

At 1:42 p.m. Thursday, police arrested a 39-year-old man on the 600 block of Via Umbrosa. The man was is a Direct TV installer and was allegedly caught stealing a nine-year-old girl's underwear while he was at a job. The man was unaware the girl's mother saw him stealing and called the police, the report states. He has since been released from custody.

At 12:46 p.m. Thursday, police arrested a 44-year-old woman from the 3900 block of El Camino Real. She was inside Carl’s Jr. and broke a window. After breaking the window, she continued to yell at everyone inside the restaurant for no reason and refused to leave when asked, the report states. The woman is currently in custody with a bail amount of $20,000. 

At 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance at the cross streets of El Camino Real and Trafalgar. There was a group of minors who appeared to be gang-related, fighting in the alleyway behind Kentucky Fried Chicken. The caller also reported the possibility of a weapon seen. Police made no further report. 

At 4:27 p.m. Tuesday, police arrested a 44-year-old transient man from the 1800 block of El Camino Real. He randomly kicked open someone's door, according to the report, and is currently in custody with a bail amount of $40,000. 

At 9:03 a.m. Tuesday, police arrested a 34-year-old man from the 100 block of Calle Del Cerro. He had been out of control since the previous night and was believed to be under the influence of narcotics. His neighbors were really upset  when he began chopping down a tree with a machete. He has since been released from custody. 

At 6:04 a.m. Police responded to a call at the over pass of the I-5 freeway and Calle Mendocino. There was a woman throwing items from a bucket onto the south bound freeway. Police made no report of an arrest.
