Where/When: From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the San Mateo Campground in San Onofre State Beach. Free parking and round trip shuttle from Concordia Elementary, 3120 Avenida del Presidente from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm.
Why go: Learn about the Native Americans who used to live in the area, see native crafts and dances, go on guided nature walks and other activities.
