Casa Romantica's 8th Annual Student Art Exhibition
Two students win scholarships.
Casa Romantica's walls donned the art of students from San Clemente High School. Among them, two were chosen for a scholarship.
Trevor Reese and Emily Sanders both got $1,000 scholarships from the San Clemente Art Association, said Bill Palmer, an art teacher at SCHS.
The exhibition, which runs until June 5, includes art from students in middle school to high school. Guests can view the entire collection from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

"We've been having this show for a number of years now," said Palmer. "The media ranges from graphite pencil, color pencil, ink and water color paintings. The more advanced students use acrylic paint and scratch boards."
