SC Auto Show: Blasts from the Past, Visions for the Future
Three hundred cars and about 30,000 people filled Avenida del Mar for the San Clemente Car show Sunday.
The San Clemente Car Show, run by the Downtown Business Association, returned Sunday for its seventeenth year.
The show brought in 300 cars and an estimated 30,000 people over a five-hour period.
Classic cars and newer models alike lined Avenida del Mar and spilled over onto South Ola Vista. Toyota dealerships advertised new Prius models boasting 95 mpg when both gas and electric systems were in use.

Local restaurants provided food, while a variety of booths offered visitors water and free tote bags.
