The great rock festival that is Doheny Days approaches this coming weekend, and promises a pretty stellar lineup.
Sonic OC might run into copyright trouble if we tried to film the actual show ("bootlegging" I think is the term for it), so instead we rounded up some Youtube videos from some of the top acts.
Leading off, we posted the Doheny Days promo video.
We also posted a video of Doheny headliner Ben Harper's stoner anthem "Burn One Down," recorded live at Bonaroo--the Coachella of the East.
We also found a great cover of Radiohead's "Paranoid Android" by Weezer; Cake playing its mid-90s, trumpet-fueled "The Distance;" G. Love & Special Sauce's lament about his domineering girl, "Baby's Got Sauce;" and "Free" by surf-folk artist Donavon Frankenreiter.
