Why the hell would we want some cheese ball outlet mall on some of the most prime ocean view land in Orange County? This City continues to make poor choices. Personally I think building new junk malls like this while half of the city is clogged with shabby, apartment buildings and 7-11's is a joke. What is wrong with our city "leaders"? I'm seriously blown away by the idiotic choices of the City of San Clemente. the same crap outlets are in Lake Elsonore and Cabazon. This makes me sick. PK

These stores are pretty much just crap! Nothing original or cool - maybe Vans.. ok this might work here... but Izod and Columbia and Hilfiger??? Really in SC?? LAME LAME LAME. who is running th show around here? Maybe some of those nice folks in Irvine will come all the way down here to buy a Chaps sportcoat or two - what a crock this trash mall will be..

Hmm. We can get last years Van Heusen shirts at the big box outlet mall with ocean views, but we don't get the pitch perfect North Beach Project.

New to the area. So it is 2013. What is the current status of the Marblehead project

I just moved here for the charm of San Clemente. This will RUIN the town. I can't believe that city council approved this mall. Like any other city in America once a mall is formed the core of the town moves to that area. This will destroy Del Mar and the custom shoppes.
