New S.C. Target in Final Construction Stages, Looking to Hire
Building adds signs and begins recruiting new employees.
Letters started appearing on the side of the new building at 990 Vista Hermosa near San Clemente's Talega community on Friday, labeling the building the community's newest chain superstore, Target.
The store is scheduled to open Oct. 9, and has been busy hiring future employees since a major job fair on Aug. 5. According to an OC Register article, the store is looking to hire "about 200 to 300 people."
With the recent economic downturn, new jobs in the community is a welcome opportunity for many locals.
