The 700-square-foot snack bar sells burgers, fries, shakes, snow cones and other snacks to beachgoers. Directly next to the pedestrian rail crossing onto North Beach, the shop is open only during the summer season.
Michael Caruso is the agent for the sale, which includes all the kitchen equipment, like refrigerators, freezer, soda fountain, griddle, deepfryer and food warmers.
