Community Update

Me and me friend were looking for some high-class vape pens. cloud 9 had really good reviews so we gave it a shot in San Clemente. Spent 180$ for 2 vapes,and when we went to try them out they were both broken. every hit out of each vape would leave you with a mouth-full of vape JUICE (even with the softest of hits), little to no smoke, and a very sickening reminder that we just got fucked. So we went back, you would think we could refund BROKEN products, especially since we were literally there 20 minutes prior... The guy proceeded to spend AN HOUR attempting to FIX the products WE JUST BOUGHT. HE ADMITTED THEY WERE PIECES OF SHIT AFTER SELLING THEM TO US AND AFTER HE FAILED TO FIX OUR "NEW" VAPE PENS.... Even after the guy told his manager they were broken and had numerous problems THEY STILL DIDNT REFUND US OR EVEN EXCHANGE. WE GOT FUCKED RIGHT THERE IN CLOUD 9. So after scamming us both the guy and the manager enter full douchebag mode and tell us to leave, that they don't want our business. This place is a scam, thank god for charge-backs. LOL Futhermore, the next day we went to Feels Good Vapor a MUCH BETTER place for vaping products. The people there were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable on the products they sold... The guy looks at the vapes, immediately notices that the atomizers were complete shit and proceeded to hook us up with much better products, along with their own juices, and an extensive menu of a variety of juices, wayyy more flavors than cloud 9. Bottom line, cloud 9 can suck a DICK. DONT SHOP THERE THEY WILL FUCK YOU OVER (for vape related shit anyway)
