CRIME: Underwear-Clad Boyfriend Smashes Plates

The following are reports pulled from the dispatch log of the San Clemente Police Services over the past few days.

At 10:35 p.m. on Sunday, the fire department was called to the 2400 block on El Camino Real when a man reported that he may have been poisoned by a woman he met online. While at a hotel, the woman allegedly gave him “some sort of white powder” was suspected to still be in the hotel room when the assistance arrived at the lobby.

At 1:39 p.m. on Sunday, an adult was reported missing from the 100 block on Cañada. The informant said that his son left on a cruise on May 5 and has not heard from him since May 9.

At 1:08 p.m. on Sunday, a caller reported a woman wandering around the 2000 block on Calle Frontera and yelling that she had been raped.

At 10:01 p.m. on Saturday, a single shot was heard at the 600 block on Calle Cayote. The informant said they may have also heard a woman scream near the front of the residence.

At 9:37 p.m. on Saturday, a 9-year-old reported that his 10-year-old friend, along with other children, were running around and chasing each other with deadly weapons at the 100 block of Mariposa.

At 6:21 p.m. on Saturday, a disturbance was reported at the 200 block of Avenida Santa Barbara when the caller reported that a friend’s ex-boyfriend (29) was in front of her residence wearing nothing but his boxers and breaking plates. He was refusing to leave the residence.

At 2:46 p.m. on Saturday, assistance from an outside agency was called to the 800 block of Avenida Salvador when a woman (26) was having seizures. Deputies thought the woman had attempted suicide due to history of mental illness.

At 1:42 p.m. on Saturday, the fire department was called when a caller reported their daughter overdosed at the 800 block of Avenida Salvador.
