High Fire Risk Warning Issued

Forecasters issue a red flag alert for Southern California on Sunday.

The National Weather Service has issued a red flag fire alert for Orange County and the Inland Empire from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Low humidity and high winds will create "explosive fire growth potential," forecasters said.

The NWS predicts winds will blow at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
