Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas filed today to seek a fifth term.

Rackauckas raised $419,000 for his re-election campaign at a fundraiser at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach. He has been endorsed by Sheriff Sandra Hutchens and Supervisors Shawn Nelson, Patricia Bates and Janet Nguyen.

"I am very humbled to have this kind of strong support from so many different segments of the Orange County community," Rackauckas said.

"This is an endorsement for the hard working men and women of the Orange County District Attorney's Office, who work tirelessly to make sure that Orange County remains a place where people can feel safe to live, work and play."
