Casa Classic: Salastina Music Society - Mendelssohn Octet

Taking a fresh approach to the chamber music experience, Salastina Music Society will present the Mendelssohn Octet in the Casa Romantica Casa Classic Series with insightful and engaging conversations to enhance the listening experience.

Currently in its fourth season, the Salastina Music Society is a concert series dedicated to presenting world-class performances of chamber music throughout Southern California. Founders/Artistic Directors Maia Jasper and Kevin Kumar bring a fresh approach to the classical concert experience, resulting in innovative performances with broad audience appeal. KUSC's Brian Lauritzen will join us as MC for this remarkable evening of music.
