The Ocean Institute Jazz Festival 2013 weekend begins with an opening night Wine and Appetizer Reception and Concert headlined by Rick Braun and Friends featuring Peter White and Richard Elliot.  Guests will enjoy a variety of complimentary wines provided by Pear Valley Vineyards and small bites from Il Fornaio.
