The Soul Intention would like to give the opportunity to those who would like to help their Spiritual growth by participating in physical activity. We would love to help you on your journey on the path of Light. We have put together a walking group because physical activity helps our oxygen supply to get to every organ throughout the body, among other things.
Fitness is something that the human body needs on a regular basis. Fitness is about your body's ability to take in oxygen and transport it effectively around your body to your muscles and vital organs. Walking is something that someone who is just getting back into working out could engage in. As your fitness level increases, your strength and your endurance also increase with the demands and you will find that it will becomes easier as a daily requirement.

We will end our walk at Linda Lane Park with a short meditation in the grass to balance the chakras and Aura, while grounding ourselves into Mother Earth.
