Healthy Pregnancy 


'Mom' drives the health of her entire family and pregnancy is a perfect time to commit to better health.  Weather this is your first or your last pregnancy, learn (or be reminded) to take better care of yourself, prepare for childbirth and make a few new friends. Good health is the the most precious legacy gift you can offer your children and it will continue to give for generations to come. 

Join Kim Lee-Thorp (massage therapist, health coach and doula)  for a three week series of classes focusing on your healthiest pregnancy. Discuss nutrition, supplementation, exercise, relaxation, stress reduction and your developing child in a fun, interactive, small group setting.

This is the beginning of two series of intertwined health and cooking classes offered by San Clemente Wellness:

A Life of Health: Healthy pregnancy and childbirth, infant and toddler massage, healthy growing families, and prime time health.

 The Family Meal Creating curious eaters from in-utero to teens with a focus on whole foods and encouraging family meals. Classes on baby food, toddler foods (1-2.5 and 2.5-5), big kids (5-8 and 8-12); eating to prevent or support diabetes, heart health, immune health, weight loss and cancer; cooking for two and much more.  Very educational and interactive.

These series are created for regular people with busy lives who shop in conventional supermarkets and want to learn how to make good, better or the best decisions for improving health through lifestyle and food.
