OC Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis

Come out and join us for some holiday family fun at the 2nd annual OC Jingle Bell Run/Walk on Sunday, December 1st at Crown Valley Community Park in Laguna Niguel, CA.

You can do the 5K timed run or the 5K walk with holiday themed activities all along the course.  Collect jingle bells as you participate in the Present Toss, Ski Races, North Pole Challenge, and many more festive activities.  There is also the Rudolph Ramble, a 1K fun run for children ages 2-12.  There will be entertainment all along the course and in the Festival area with carolers, musicians, bounce house, face painting, cookie decorating, REAL SNOW, and so much more.

Arthritis is a serious disease affecting 53 million adults and 300,000 children in the U.S.  Did you know that 65% of those suffering from the 120 forms of arthritis (including Lupus, Gout, Fibromyalgia, Juvenile Arthritis) are under the age of 65?  It is a common misconception that arthritis only affects the elderly.  The Arthritis Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for research to find a cure.
