As I’ve mentioned before, the best way to stick to any kind of diet is to plan ahead. That’s why I try to plan our family’s meals ahead of time on Sundays.

I know it may seem like a hassle at first, but planning your family’s meals ahead of time actually saves you a ton of time through the week, especially when you’re juggling work, family and a side hustle or passion project.
