Do You Know Young Man Hit by Car Friday Night? *** Update: Family Found! ***

Originally posted 4:47 p.m. March 22, 2014.

Last night my friend Becky Lehman saw a young man hit by a car in the intersection of Ave. Pico and Ave. Presidio in San Clemente around 10:50 Friday night.

She held him and prayed that he would live as he was bleeding and not moving.  Thank God he is alive, but he is unconscious at Mission Hospital and they do not know who he is.  He had no ID, wallet or cell phone.  As of 3pm Saturday, he has not been identified.

He is slim, about 6' tall, appears Asian, Philippino, Polynesian or perhaps Indian, looks 16 - 19 years old.  Black spikey hair.  Well dressed.  If you know anyone who matches this description and that person's family doesn't know where he is, please contact the hospital or the Sherriff's department.

A lot of people are praying for him and for his family to be found soon.

And thank you to Pastor Tod Bolsinger for passing it on to many people at San Clemente Pres. It's nice knowing Pastors with so many social media friends! Becky, I can hardly wait for you to get to meet him when he's awake.

I love Pastor Pondo. He has helped me and my family so many times and has been a blessing to us. I am so glad he helped to spread the tragic news about this boy and continues to be a blessing to our beloved community. My prayers are with the boy and his family and will continue to keep an eye out for the vehicle described. Thank God for people like you, Rebecca and Nesa. You are true treasures in a weary world.

Wow. I was only being concerned. I actually posted this story on my personal Facebook in case some of my neighbors or friends could provide information. I am completely offended at bring called an idiot for offering a theory of robbery (plausible since he had no ID and IF no one saw the accident)! Milo Talon - I've flagged your post and I hope you are kicked off the patch! Gah! I am also very grateful to those who spread the word and that his family was found. Peace.
