I have lived in this park for over 10 years. I love it the beginning and then along came the lies. This association decided to buy the land the park sits on. In order to do this they assessed each resident $200 thousand dollars. This was done illegally without a member vote. They have tried to attach mortgages to this assessment. It is illegal and the courts have said so. But PBP and its not so up and up realtors continue to sell these homes and collect $200K from the buyers. What do homeowners get for $200K? Nothing!!
You do not own the land, the park does and you cannot charge $200K for a piece of paper that says your a member.
There are lots of problems here and before you buy ask lots of questions and make sure you get a years worth of financial records. Yes it is close to the sea but should it smell so fishy??
