Caller Assists Elderly Blind Man

At 7:36 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 19, a concerned caller asked deputies to investigate a downed person in the 900 block of El Camino Real. The caller explained an elderly blind man had fallen and was in need of medical assistance. Orange County firefighters arrived quickly to help the man.

At 7:30 a.m. Tuesday Nov. 19, a caller asked for a welfare check near the cross streets of South El Camino Real and Avenida San Gabriel. The caller said a man was holding a baby with no blanket and was concerned for the baby because it was raining.
At 8:30 a.m. Tuesday Nov. 19, deputies received a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of Camino de Los Mares. The informant explained an older man was refusing to leave the ER. The caller also claimed deputies were “familiar” with the man.
At 3:38 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 19, an inebriated caller told deputies about a disturbance in the 100 block of Corona Lane. The man stated his equally intoxicated wife was in a verbal argument with him. The caller said he wanted his wife to leave the premises.
