Chaos Erupts at Local Restaurant

At 1:50 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, someone reported a disturbance in the 400 block of El Camino Real. Two men and two women were physically assaulting each other inside Taka-O Japanese Restaurant. The chaos continued when an employee reported three men pounding on the door, moving benches outsid, and urinating in the parking lot at 2:12 a.m. The rabble-rousers fled on foot before deputies arrived.

At 12:07 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, a caller reported a suspicious person in the 200 block of El Camino Real. A man was sleeping in a local parking lot beside two SUVs.
At 9:30 a.m. Sunday Aug. 18, a caller reported a disturbance near East Avenida Pico and the I-5 Freeway. A Sea World tour bus had pulled over as the driver and a passenger were in a verbal fight. The passenger was asked to leave the bus, but refused.
At 1:16 a.m. Monday, someone told authorities about a disturbance in the 1500 block of Avenida de Nogales. A group of teenagers was yelling in a backyard next door to the informant and disrupting neighbors.
