CRIME REPORTS: Girl Says Mom Tried to Smother Her, Then Made Toast

Here are various reports pulled from the San Clemente Police Services dispatch log over the past few days.

At 8:22 a.m. on Friday at 1500 block Calle Mirador, a caller reported a man wearing a green raincoat sorting through trash cans. The caller reported the man throwing trash all over the street. No further details were reported.

 At 10:13 a.m. on Friday at Via Buen Corazon, a caller reported his son who stabbed him. The call was immediately disconnected. Orange County Mental Health was contacted and CAT team confirmed no one was stabbed. No further details were reported and no arrests were made.

 At 2:24 p.m. on Friday at east Avenida Pico and the I-5 freeway, a caller reported and extremely drunk man wearing a black shirt who fell on his face and was bleeding. The caller reported the man getting into his white Scion car and drove from the parking lot towards the beach.

 At 4:11 p.m. on Friday at 100 block Avenida Algodon, a caller reported five to six people involved in a physical fight outside the Algodon Motel. No weapons were reported and no further details were given.

 At 4:49 p.m. on Friday cross streets Avenida Victoria and El Camino Real, a man reported being jumped and thought he had a concussion. No further details were given.

 At 6:52 p.m. on Friday at 600 block Avenida Victoria, a caller reported a drunk man with a mustache and a black baseball cap being very disruptive. The caller reported the man walking towards the pier and urinating on himself.

 At 12:48 a.m. on Friday at 1200 block Calle Sarmentoso, a caller reported a truck driving on the Bernice Ayer Middle School field and tearing up the grass. No further details were reported.

 At 1:21 a.m. on Saturday at 200 block El Camino Real, a caller reported two men at Kalifornia Republic Skate Shop kicking, screaming and making animal noises at the back door. The caller could not tell if the men were trying to break in or not, but the caller stated they had been causing a disturbance since midnight. No further details were reported.

 At 2:12 a.m. on Saturday at 2600 block Via Cascadita, a 15 year-old caller reported her house being destroyed and her mother missing from the house. The caller admitted to fighting with her mother earlier. No further details were reported.

 At 7:17 a.m. on Saturday at 2600 block Via Cascadita, a caller reported her mother missing from the residence after she awoke to her mother holding a pillow over her face. The caller reported her mother made toast before she left. No further details were reported.

 At 9:53 a.m. on Saturday at Avenida La Pata and Calle Del Cerro, a caller reported finding drug paraphernalia after he urinated in the bushes. No further details were reported.

 At 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at 1300 block Felipe, a caller reported three-to-four young men knocking on the caller’s door and running away. No further details were reported.

 At 9:06 p.m. on Saturday at 700 block Avenida Salvador, a caller reported four white trucks pulling skateboarders down the street. The caller also reported the trucks parked the wrong way on the street.
