The Orange County Coroner this morning has scheduled an autopsy on a woman found dead in a truck on El Camino Real Wednesday.
OC Deputy Sheriffs found the woman, estimated to be in her 60s, in the truck on the 2300 block of El Camino Real at about 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, said OCSD spokesman Jim Amormino.
There were no clear signs of trauma or foul play, Amormino said, but an autopsy on the woman is scheduled to take all morning and will determine the cause of death.
