The San Clemente Police blogs never seem to disappoint. Always weird, and a look into the loser half of this city. Drug dealers, drunk Marines and street people.

Always interesting to see how the other half lives. It was interesting, Carlos, who assembles these blotters each week, wrote up a call I made to police two weeks ago Thursday: I noticed a prowler in my neighborhood while taking out the trash. He was zig-zagging back and forth down the street checking the door handles of parked cars.
