According to the report, the man was intoxicated with a woman, and the two of them were pestering people who passed their way in the street. At 10:51 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance near the East Avenida Pico and Calle Del Cerro intersection. According to the report, four men were seen in a brawl near the Rancho San Clemente Club.
At 7:55 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a suspicious circumstance in the 200 block of Avenida Monterey. The informant reported finding a bag of methamphetamines next to her trash.
