CRIME REPORTS: Drunk Caddy Driver, Lewd Transients

These are selected reports from the San Clemente Police Services dispatch log throughout the past few days.

At 11:51 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 300 block of Avenida Granada. The informant was reportedly disturbed by a band that was playing live music in the area. 

At 10:17 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a suspicious circumstance near the Camino de los Mares and Estancia intersection. The report stated that a man in a black Cadillac sedan was seen stepping out of his vehicle and proceeded to roll around on the ground. The man was suspected of being intoxicated. 

At 7:59 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 100 block of Avenida Algodon. The informant reported that a man and a woman had gotten into a heated verbal argument outside of the Algodon Motel.

At 4:20 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a suspicious person in the first block of Via Armilla. The informant reported three motorcyclists who were riding around an open space by the water towers. The riders were also seen doing wheelies while heading southbound on Talega.

At 10:25 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 3900 block of El Camino Real. The report stated that a man and a woman who appeared to be intoxicated were fighting over a black labrador dog. The subjects were near the Carls Jr. in the south side of town.

At 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a drunk driver in the 800 block of Avenida Talega. A driver of a grey Ford mustang was seen swerving in and out of traffic lanes. There was no report of an arrest.

At 5:48 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 800 block of El Camino Real. The report stated that a local transient woman had walked into a retail store and started yelling and throwing things around. The woman refused to leave when asked. 

At 4:18 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 400 block of El Camino Real. The report stated that a local transient women seen urinating and defecating in public.
