At 11:53 p.m. Thursday, deputies arrested a 59-year-old woman in the 2900 block of Calle Frontera. The woman reportedly slapped and punched her husband in the face. She was taken into custody with a bail amount of $50,000.
At 10:39 p.m. Thursday, deputies arrested a 27-year-old man in the 3300 block of El Camino Real. The report stated that the man had a warrant out for his arrest and was in possession of opium. He was taken into custody and bail was set for $115,000.
At 10:17 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Buena Vista and El Portal intersection. The informant was reportedly disturbed by a group of minors who were loitering near El Portal beach entrance at 204. The minors appeared to be making a lot of noise.
At 9:49 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to assist a citizen in the first block of Via Cartama. The informant wanted to make a report regarding a person who they suspected had been intentionally defecating in front of their home.
At 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a reckless driver in the 3400 block of El Camino Real. The informant was concerned about two motorcycles that were seen racing up and the street. There was no report of an arrest.
At 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported an assault in the 200 block of Avenida Lobeiro. The informant reported that their daughter had been hit in the head with a plastic baseball bat while at a friends house early that day. There was no report of an injury or an arrest.
At 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a battery near the Avenida Vista Hermosa and Avenida Talega intersection. The informant reported that they were assaulted by at least five men at the Ralph’s skatepark. Deputies reported detaining four subjects who were later cited and released for the offense.
At 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, deputies arrested a 50-year-old woman in the 200 block of Calle Neblina. The report stated that a drunk woman was getting physical with her family and possibly broke her arm. Deputies reported detaining two subjects and the woman was taken to San Clemente Hospital for treatment.
At 7:34 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Calle Del Cerro and Avendia Vista Montana intersection. According to the report, there appeared to be a loud Halloween party in progress at the Mormon Church and a resident was disturbed by all the noise.
At 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were advised of a woman who was suspected of driving while intoxicated. The woman was seen swerving all over the road in a white Honda Van on Calle Presidente.
