CRIME REPORTS: Topless Girl in Truck, Fist Fight in Denny's, Stubborn Transients

Here are various crimes pulled from the San Clemente Police Services dispatch log over the past few days.

At 3:22 a.m. Friday morning police responded to a disturbance on the 500 block of Avenida Pico. The caller said their were two guys fighting inside of the Denny’s restaurant and were causing some damage. There were no weapons involved.

At 1:04 a.m. Friday morning a caller reported a suspicious persons at the cross streets of Loma Lane and Avenida Palizada. The caller said there was a man dressed in dark clothing checking for unlocked car doors.

At 8:07 p.m. Thursday night police arrested a 27-year-old man on the 2400 block of Camino Oleada. The male had allegedly caused some problems at a child custody exchange and is currently in custody with a bail amount of $20,000.

At 2:04 p.m. Thursday a caller reported a suspicious person on the 100 block of Cristobal. There was a person inside a white four door vehicle drinking beer.  

At 10:39 a.m. Thursday a caller reported a disturbance on the 600 block of Avenida Pico. Four high school students were seen from Carrow’s walking in the storm drain behind the restaurant. Police let the school supervisor handle the issue.

At 6:24 a.m. Thursday police arrived to a disturbance call on the 1600 block of El Camino Real. Police said there were homeless people sleeping in front of the North Beach Storage and would not let the business open. There was no report of an arrest. 

At 11:12 p.m.Wednesday a caller reported a drunk driver on the 2300 block of El Camino Real. The caller said there were three minors who sped out of the OC Taverns parking lot and swerved over to a fast food restaurant. They later pulled back into the OC Tavern. Police made no report of an arrest. 

At 6:10 p.m. Wednesday police received a call of an indecent exposure on the 3200 block of Camino Vera Cruz. There was a topless female in a red truck with unknown license plates. 

At 4:35 p.m. Another report of an indecent exposure was made. On the 100 block of Avenida Palizada, a male in the military pulled up to a woman and asked if she would perform sexual favors to him for $500. There was no report of an arrest. 

At 4:11 p.m. Police arrested a 47 year old man from the 2300 block of El Camino Real. The man allegedly had left Molly Blooms extremely intoxicated and could not stand up much longer than  a few seconds. Police took him into custody so nothing worse could happen to him, the dispatch report states. He has since been released.
