Pity the "man's best friend" left to endure the savage companionship of his maniac owner! There are some very good laws against animal abuse, why not ENFORCE them. And why didn't Animal Control REMOVE this brutalized dog from the premises. There are foster homes eager to provide this animal with the caring kindness he/she deserves. As for THIS Marine, SEMPER INFIDELOUS, you brute! The ASPCA should (and might) be called about this atrocity -- the dog-owner has no respect for LIFE.

Animal Control was advised and could respond "if needed?" The dog has been brutally beaten for three days and Animal control could respond "if needed?" Clearly..Animal Control IS NEEDED and must respond immediately!! The dog should be taken to a veterinarinan, checked for broken bones and internal injuries, and given shelter from this outrageous abuse. There are too many of these cases being reported lately, and it appears that nothing is actually done to protect these victims. To do nothing is to sanction abuse and encourage more in the future.
