At 1:46 a.m. Friday, the police arrested a 27-year-old man on the 1400 of El Camino Real after his sister said she received text messages from her brother’s girlfriend that said he was drunk and got angry with her and her 5-month-old son. Reports indicate that he is still in custody.
At 11:40 a.m. Thursday, a woman drove to her ex-husband’s house on the 300 block of Avenida Cordoba to drop off their child for custody, and the windows were covered by blankets. Reports indicate that the woman wasn’t sure if he was avoiding her.
At 7:28 p.m. Wednesday, a disturbance was reported on Gema where a former resident and ex-marine was in his truck and allegedly tried to pick fights with people in the area. It is unknown if he was armed. There is no report of an arrest.
At 11:13 a.m. Wednesday, an unruly customer on the 900 block of Avenida Pico allegedly struck a Walmart employee after his purchase was denied when he reportedly attempted to use a fraudulent credit card. There is no report of an arrest.
