Someone Leaving 'Creepy' Dolls on Doorsteps in…

Deadly Crash Victim was Watsonville High Student

Juan Jeronimo, 17, died in a roll-over car crash on Sunday night.

The crash that crippled traffic on Green Valley Road Sunday night took the life of one Watsonville teenager — 17-year-old Juan Jeronimo, Watsonville Police reported Tuesday.

Jeronimo was one of three people in the car, which crashed into a tree at 8:46 p.m. The driver and the other passenger were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The primary cause of the collision is still being investigated, and police said it's currently unknown if drugs or alcohol played any part in the crash.

According to police, "the driver of the white Honda crossed diagonally across the west bound lanes of Green Valley and collided with the north curb. The force of the impact launched the vehicle into a row of trees where the vehicle came to rest."

The Register-Pajaronian reported that "Jeronimo was reportedly sitting in the back seat and may not have been wearing a seatbelt."

it boggles my mind how so many people have shit to say about the homies and yet you see us on your streets and around town why not just step up and say something instead of typing shit on a comp from the safety of your own home

I haven't read the patch for a while now, and this is why: What a horrific bunch of garbage many of you have left on this page in the guise of "comments". We only cut others down in an attempt to appear taller than we are. Fact: A kid died as a result of the driver racing and losing control. Fact: People, not just kids or teens, drive extremely unsafely (the term 'road rage' ring any bells?)- and no, I didn't say that makes it alright. Fact #3: The difference between those people and these 3 guys? These guys got caught. Argue all you like if you like. I won't be reading any more of this on the Patch. As for Laura: Yes, I agree. :)

Juan wass a young guy, people should learn the word respect! He didn't deserve to die, God took him because he needed another angel in heaven its been a month that he has passed away, people are just judging and what not, nobodys perfect! let him rest in peace! he was a wonderful guy, and a great friend to me! so if all you people have negative things to say, don't even bother saying anything, nobody gives a fuck about your negativity, you guys arent the ones hurting its juans mom, dad and his sister, and the love ones, you he no right to say this or that! You people didnt know juan or what so ever, you guys are just going by what people say, but the only people that actuallu know what happened that day are the two guys that where in the car with him, and the only people that know whats up with juanito was him and his parents, so dont be too quick to judge!stupid ass people have no respect! Rest easy juanitoo, everyone missess you! Love youu and see you one day<3

What good does it do to insult the dead? I mean, they're dead. Judge away and ride away on your high horse, I guess. Not one person here mentioned that he was young enough to change. As if nobody has ever gotten out of gangs and did something productive. You don't decide the possibilities in the universe. Nobody has any hope for anyone anymore, it's pretty disappointing when people can be a total anus about an already sad situation. I can't imagine people with such negative views being pleasant or even likable in the outside world. Oh yeah and condolences to the family. Even if he was on the wrong track it's still heartbreaking to lose someone you have unconditional love for.
