at strangers and claiming he was going to steal someone’s car in a local
parking lot. The informant also claimed the man was telling strangers he had
just been released from jail. Multiple residents reported the angry man to
deputies, stating his red eyes indicated he might have been under the influence
of drugs during this time.
At 1:55 a.m. Monday, someone reported a suspicious person in
the 500 block of Avenida Pico. A man was suspected of being drunk at the local
Denny’s. The informant claimed the intoxicated man then stumbled to his car and fell
