Teen Threatens Parents after not Getting Presents He Wanted

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, a pair of dueling sports cars, a reckless go-cart driver, and a group of rebels try to spoil Christmas for unlucky residents.

At 3:29 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 25, a worried caller reported a family dispute in the 6600 block of Colina Puesta. A 16-year-old boy had threatened to harm his parents because he didn’t get the presents he had wanted for Christmas. Deputies arrived to diffuse the situation.

Also:

At 3:30 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 25, someone called the sheriff’s office to report reckless driving near the cross streets of Avenida Talega and Avenida Vista Hermosa. A white Audi and a black Mustang were drag racing on local streets.

At 1:59 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 25, a caller reported a reckless driver in the 0 block of Corte Garrucha. A person in a go-cart was driving at speeds in excess of 50 mph in a local neighborhood.

At 8:39 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 25, someone called deputies to report a suspicious person in the 600 block of Figueroa. A group of several teens was ringing doorbells to residential homes and leaving bags of dog feces on front porches.

These are selected reports from the San Clemente Police Dispatch Services log throughout the past few days. The calls represent what was told to a sheriff's deputy in the field by the radio dispatcher. No presumption of criminal guilt or affiliation should be drawn from the information provided.
