Man Causes Ruckus at Gas Station

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, a noisy group of party goers at 3 a.m., a woman is arrested for acting erratic while another woman is arrested for stealing from a local WalMart.

At 1:52 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, someone reported a suspicious person in the 2300 block of El Camino Real. A man was pounding on the windows of vehicles and climbing on the ATM machine in an attempt to climb on the roof near the local 76 gas station. The caller suspected the man was on drugs.

Also:

At 2:56 a.m. Friday, a caller told deputies about a disturbance in the 2500 block of El Camino Real. A group of party goers were yelling and racing cars up and down the neighborhood.

At 6:17 a.m. Friday, a concerned informant reported a suspicious person in the 100 block of Via Pico Plaza. A woman was allegedly screaming and “acting crazy.” The 32-year-old woman was arrested and is currently in custody with no bail amount posted.

At 8:19 p.m. Saturday, someone told deputies about a petty theft in the 900 block of Avenida Pico. A woman had stolen from the local WalMart. The 29-year-old woman was arrested and is currently in custody with no bail amount posted.
