Poche Beach Cleanup Plan in the Works
Officials are looking for ways to reduce pollution at the site, especially after Heal the Bay gave the beach an "F" for cleanliness.
San Clemente hopes to devise a Poche Beach cleanup plan by summer.
In May, the environmental group Heal the Bay named Poche .
Possible solutions include using falcons to chase away the seagulls whose feces contaminate the water, according to a report in the Orange County Register.
