Meet the Superintendent -- Before He Goes -- Wednesday

The periodic superintendent forums hosted by Capistrano Unified School District may become something of a “goodbye tour” now that Superintendent Joseph Farley has announced his retirement.

The search for a successor will be among the topics discussed Wednesday at a forum, to be held 7 p.m. Wednesday at the district headquarters, 33122 Valle Road in San Juan Capistrano.

“Parents and community members are invited to join the conversation as Superintendent Joe Farley answers questions about the district's search for a new superintendent, the local control funding formula and local control accountability plan, its transition to the common core state standards, and other items of interest to stakeholders,” says a news release from the district.
