Wheel of Torture and Dunk the Monk
Medieval Fair at Bernice Ayer Middle School also features burping contests, bobbing for apples and period costumes.
Seventh-graders at Bernice Ayer Middle School turned their field into a Medieval Times replica, minus the horses.
Dressed in period costumes, they feasted on chicken catered by the school lunch crew. Then they headed out to the field, where booths beckoned them to spin the "Wheel of Torture," get their futures told, get married and try to "Dunk the Monk."
