Exchange Club Raises Money for Marines with Golf Classic
For $150, residents can sponsor a Marine returning from combat to play some golf Nov. 7.
The Exchange Club of San Clemente is hosting its Semper Fi Golf Classic to honor the services of Camp Pendleton Marines returning from combat.
For $150, Members of the public can sponsor one of these war heroes to play golf in the Nov. 7 tournament—all the proceeds are directed to local Military Family Services, the Wounded Marine Battalion at Camp Pendleton and in San Clemente.
“We hope that our entire business community and residents will enthusiastically support this very worthy cause,” states a release from the Exchange Club. “All donors will be thanked with their names in print, post-program.”
