Smooth Jazz, Swank Food, Art Raise Cash for Kids Sunday

Musicians and a local auctioneer have been announced for the first annual San Clemente Art Auction to benefit the Boys & Girls Club in San Clemente.

The Elizabeth Lamers Trio will perform on the Casino's Grand Ballroom stage with her jazz vocals as a backdrop for the silent auction painting displays. The Brandi and Jason Duo will bring a fun, relaxed atmosphere to the newly renovated oceanview Patio of the Stars with soft vocals and acoustic guitar, according to a release from Casino San Clemente.

In the Rock Garden, as guests enjoy the paella and dessert stations, the Casino will be featuring the eclectic sounds of Paul McIntire and his electric violin.

The auctioneer for the art auction will be local pro Mark Harman.

Bob Lloyd, organizer of the Art Auction on behalf of the San Clemente Exchange Club, praised the choice in a Casino release.

“We’re thrilled that Mark, a San Clemente resident, is donating his time and expertise to our auction," Lloyd said. "Mark is one of the Founding Directors of the Active Auctioneer Foundation which serves auctioneers facing financial challenges, so we know he understands the excitement yet purpose of a live auction for a great cause."
