Free Haircuts for Vets, the Pink Panther Comes to Town and Wine Pairings
Here's what's going on in San Clemente this week.
1. Taking one for veterans: Today for Veterans Day, Sport Clips San Clemente will be providing complimentary haircuts to active-duty military and veterans. Sports Clips, locally at 638 Camino De Los Mares No. 100, is the official haircutter of the VFW, (we didn’t know they had one), and its Help A Hero campaign is just one of the many ways it supports active-duty military and veterans. 2. Wanna meet one of the pilots who dropped an atomic bomb on Japan: Interesting Veterans Day story here.
3. Ma-na … ma-na: Starting Wednesday, The Pink Panther Strikes Again! The play runs Wednesday through Saturday at the Triton Center. You can buy tickets at the box office starting at 5:30 p.m. The shows start at 6:30 p.m.

4. How to get into the spirit of the holidays: “Holiday Bubbles & Bites” is a
