This Week in San Clemente: Christmas Presents and Christmas Concerts

What to do this crazy last week before Christmas.

1. The gift that keeps on giving: Give a homeless dog or cat the greatest gift of all this holiday season --- the gift of a forever home. The San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter is discounting its adoption fees by $50 to help its furry friends find their special home. The promotional adoption fee applies to any dog or cat residing at the shelter for three months or longer.

Look for a special “red ornament” on suite and cage description cards to discover which animals are participating in the promotion. The promotion runs now through Jan. 5. The adoption fee is $75and the cat adoption fee is $50 for these animals.

For more information, please call the San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter at (949) 492-1617. The shelter is located at 221 Avenida Fabricante in San Clemente.
