BT Fitness, which stands for "Body Transformation," offers specialized training programs and classes that can help clients lose weight, rehabilitate the body or become stronger. Classes offered include the Proformer class, TRX, kettlebell, and core fusion. Private training sessions are offered to help clients gain better knowledge of new workout equipment and exercises, as a post-physical therapy activity, as part of training for a specific event or to simply to be pushed further.
