Pacific Point offers a coastal view atop the hillside in San Clemente's Marblehead neighborhood. The apartment community offers a heated pool with spa, health and fitness center, children's playground and picnic and barbecue areas. The floor plans offered are junior bedroom, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Each unit includes a stackable washer and dryer, central heating, ceiling fans and additional patio storage. Covered parking is included and guest parking is available. Cats and dogs are allowed; however, breed restrictions apply. There is a $750 deposit for one pet and an additional $350 deposit for the second pet plus $35 per pet monthly pet rent.
