I am a full time student at California State Long Beach. I have spent a semester working in the Daily49er news room and plan to be an assistant editor this coming fall. 
I love journalism because of the honesty and neutrality which every journalist should embody. I enjoy informing people about current events occurring around them and appreciate constructive criticisms.  Art, culture, and music are my favorite topics to report on but I always enjoy a good news story. I was in born San Jose Costa Rica but have lived in San Clemente for all my life. My hobbies are surfing, skateboarding, writing, music and just being active. I have also worked as a California State ocean lifeguard in San Clemente for five years now.
