I am a wife, a mom and a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor.  I am passionate about uniting those in the community who have interest in having an easier, more comfortable and even sometimes a discomfort free birthing.

In September of 2010, I became a Hypno-mom. I birthed my baby in a free-standing birth center called Beach Cities Midwifery with my amazing midwife, BJ Snell. <b>“I loved it so much I can’t wait to do it again!”</b> People chuckled when I said this, thinking I was joking because this is not the typical response after a woman gives birth.<br> <br>I can honestly say that giving birth to my son was exciting, exhilarating, powerful, empowering, and intense, but equally peaceful, calm, mellow and discomfort free.

After having an amazing Hypnobabies birth, I was compelled to become a part of the Hypnobabies team of instructors.

I am so fortunate to have discovered Hypnobabies and how amazingly peaceful childbirth can be by using the power of your own mind. I am excited to share my great passion for natural childbirth with others and the abundant gifts the Hypnobabies program can provide. I look forward to assisting and guiding others on their own journeys throughout pregnancy and childbirth. The unique bonds created with other like minded individuals in your childbirth class can last a lifetime. Hypnobabies is a COMPLETE childbirth education course and provides all of the knowledge needed to make informed decisions regarding pregnancy and birth.

It will be a great privilege to make Hypnobabies a part of your childbirth journey and I look forward to sharing my passion for peaceful and informed childbirth with you! I offer individual and group classes.
