Food Truck Guide for Jan. 22 at San Clemente High School
Fish, burgers and lots of tacos are on the menu Wednesday.
Food trucks are on site at San Clemente High every Wednesday evening from 5-8. Here are the trucks this week:
Bear Flag Fish Company: It probably won’t surprise you that this truck serves fish. Panko-crusted fish tacos, fish burritos, a seafood salad and even a “guppy” special for the kids are some of the offerings.
GD Bro Truck: The GD stands for “globally delicious” and they serve stuffed burgers. Stuffed with what, you ask? Well, the Hang Loose Burger is stuffed with pepper jack cheese and Spam, topped with
whole pineapple slice, melted swiss cheese and our BOSS Sauce (homemade pineapple teriyaki glaze). Served on toasted brioche buns. For one.

Soho Taco Gourmet Tacos: If you like your tacos autenticos, this may be the truck for you. They’ve got pollo asado, carne asada, carnitas and cerdo adobado.
