CRIME REPORTS: Loitering Gangster Rapper, Stolen Vehicles and a Prowler

Here are various crimes pulled from the San Clemente Police Services dispatch log over the past few days.

At 10:42 p.m. Monday night a caller reported a suspicious persons from the 100 block of Alameda Lane. The caller said someone had been repeatedly knocking on their front door then would leave. 

At 5:18 p.m. Monday police received a disturbance report from the first block of Vista Encanta. There was a verbal argument between an 18-year-old and his father regarding a car stereo system. Reports stated no weapons were seen. 

At 4:15 p.m. Monday a caller reported a reckless driver from the cross streets of Avenida Pico and Vista Hermosa. The caller said there were two men in a green Mustang with a white vinyl top driving extremely fast and swerving all over the read. Police made no report of an arrest in connection with this call.

At 11:29 p.m. Sunday a caller reported a prowler was in her back yard on the 1100 block of El Camino Real. The caller saw someone in her back yard wearing a black t-shirt and navy shorts. As soon as she heard voices her husband took off chasing the prowler down El Camino Real.

At 11:19 p.m. Sunday night police responded to a loud party in progress on the 1200 block of Buena Vista. The caller wanted to file a malicious mischief report because some of the people at the party had hopped onto her tile roof and caused damage. There was no report of an arrest.

At 8:39 p.m. Sunday a vehicle equipped with LoJack was stolen from the 2900 block of Canto De Los Ciervos. Deputies stated in the reports the vehicle will most likely be found. 

At 10:45 p.m. Saturday police arrested a 30-year-old man from the 100 block of Mariposa. The reporting party said he had been punching holes in walls and hurt himself because he was upset over a recent break up. He is currently in custody with no posted bail amount. 

At 5:55 p.m.Saturday a caller reported a drunk driver from the cross streets of Avenida La Pata and Vista Hermosa. The caller said there was a red Ford Explorer swerving in and out of the bicycle lane. There was no report of an arrest. 

At 5:07 p.m. Saturday a caller reported a disturbance from the 100 block of Mariposa. There was a male loitering the porch of a vacant house and singing loud gangster rap songs. 

At 9:21 p.m. Police responded to a disturbance at the cross streets of Casino and Calle La Quinta. There were five minors drinking and smoking marijuana in the pool parking lot. There was no report of an arrest.
